Although it’s not the holidays it’s important to remember some important holiday facts.

“Over the holidays, people tend to have more social events and tend to spend more time with their family. For others, the holidays can be a time of stress and loneliness. In both cases, the consumption of alcohol over the holiday season significantly increases. From a survey conducted by OnePoll, on behalf of Morning Recovery, a supplement company, revealed that the average adult American doubles the number of alcoholic drinks consumed during the holiday season. On average, the respondents to this survey consume four alcoholic drinks per week, but over the holiday season, this increased to eight drinks per week.”
